By making a booking, the lead guest confirms they are over 18 years of age and accept these site rules on behalf of all members of their party.
Payment: Payment is due on arrival. We accept cash and card payments.
Cancellations: Although we do not take a deposit, we would be very grateful if you could give us at least 1 week’s notice of any cancellations.
Arrival: Please report to reception or call Richard Atkin (07940 850500) on your arrival for the barrier code.
Pitches: On arrival, you’re welcome to choose any available pitch that isn’t marked as reserved. Pitches are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and the site map can be used to help you find a spot that suits you best.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 8:00am.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after pets.
BBQs: You are welcome to use a barbecue, but it must be kept off the ground and it must never be left unattended.
Vehicles: Visitors should park in the designated visitor parking area only. Please observe site speed limits. Farm vehicles have priority.
Waste: Please dispose of rubbish responsibly in the designated area.
Safety: The site is located on a working farm. Guests must be aware of potential hazards including livestock, farm machinery, uneven ground, electric fencing, and moving vehicles. Guests stay entirely at their own risk. Please follow all health and safety signage and any instructions provided by the site owner. Children must be supervised at all times. No access to farm buildings or fields unless permitted.
Behaviour: Anti-social behaviour or disturbance to other guests or livestock will not be tolerated and may result in termination of stay without refund.
